Glossi Presentation
Today, I have tried a new tool : Glossi !
Discover my presentation on the Shangri-La Storytelling What is storytelling? and Why is it important? Story telling gis the fact of telling a story, saying something about a subject, and giving information about it. It is important because, what you are saying must be relevant and true. It informs the customer about the hotel facilities, and what he can expect from the hotel. It is like the mirror of the hotel. It must be accurate and giving as much as information as needed.
